Have any of you set up your own website? We need free or low cost options, say less than $20 per month. Will be using the site for both advertisement and marketing for our handmade and homegrown products- soap, puppies, etc. Where do we start? I guess we need a domain name first, then a site, shopping cart?, and ?
Any good advice or tutorials to recommend?

For the last several weeks we have been using SBI

Hosting, domain name, full step by step instruction, unlimited email addresses, autoresponder, full support, site submission, tracking, reports, and more. Plus, you can do all of it even if you have never had any experience buiding a website. We are totally thrilled!

He did www.ScriptureDesigns.com and several others. I am working with him right now on my own site which is Not up yet

I have worked with Michelle of http://elementalmuse.com for several years now.  She has the best server setup.  Other than a brief minute when the servers were updating at 3AM, I can't think of anytime they have been down.  We have a high traffic site (http://yinia.com), and it's never been bogged down. 
She is prompt with her communication, does great web design, offers a lot of free tools for those getting started, and has very affordable prices for anyone getting started or needing a new host.  I couldn't say enough great things about her work.
