I need some help. I canned pears last night and since I had done some recently, I was confident and didn't look up the instructions. I was telling a friend how to do them today and realized that I had only processed them for 10 minutes or so instead of the 25 the blue book tells us to. I used light syrup (1 cup sugar - 4 up water) are they ok or should I reboil them with the longer time?
