Anyone know of any good alternatives to a/c?  I live in central florida and summer is just around the corner and I am not looking forward to my a/c being on 24/7!

I like to use lots of box fans. It keeps you pretty cool, just make sure you put lotion on!  Cheesy I live in Tx, so the heat is non-humidity, so it does not seem very hot. I sometimes work in 110 degrees, but I cannot stand to work in 90 degrees with a high humidity. Since you live in florida, you might consider getting a portable dehumidifier. THat would help with the "hot" feeling.

HTH!
