I am parting out a house in Waco, Texas before demolition at the beginning of November 2007 (city has tagged it as irrepairable). We want the land for a kitchen garden and for margins in our very urban neighborhood.

It is 4,000 sq. feet, 2 stories, built in 1920's.

The walls, ceilings, and subfloors are 8 and 10 inch wide shiplap pine planks.

Floors are 2"x1/4" oak veneer and 3"x3/4" pine.

The exterior is 5" pine? shiplap wood siding.

Come get what you want and build your own house.
